Colours Mismatch and no Groups

Doesn’t match or work in group scenes with my pre existing Nanoleaf lights. So stupid. Support ticket gets no follow up. Tempted to request refund for the whole set

Bad compatibility

Advertising as “works with apple home” and then using matter is kinda scummy because I can’t use some of the main HomeKit scene features with the strip. They are average but overpriced LEDs other than than.

Does not connect to matter

The light strip refuses to stay connected both through the Nanoleaf app and/or through matter on Apple HomeKit or google home. It has been a very poor experience.
