Nanoleaf essentials matter e27 does not work

Could not get this to reliable work in the nanoleaf app (also not supported by Homey). Now stuck in the return prcedure from nanoleaf.

They have improved

I’ve bought multiple GU10 (loads of issues), B22 (no issues), and now the E27 bulb. It’s working well, and provides good light and colour. It also seems to be quite stable on the Thread network too

Adaptive lighting shows red only

Can’t get any warm or cool white color, not in the Apple Home app and not in the Nanoleaf app. In the Nanoleaf app the light turns off, in the Apple Home app I only get a full red when selecting adaptive lighting. Having the same issue on both Matter light bulbs. My old Apple Home Essentials are just fine.
