I’ve sent them 6 emails now trying to get the product I asked for. Still waiting for a relevant response. They sent me a generic template response yesterday but it was unrelated to my order. I very much regret buying this from them. The product reviews seemed pretty good but this is just the most inept customer service. Not at all worth the hassle. Don’t risk it

Bulb arrived and it's pretty good. Powers up quickly. Its maximum brightness is less than my previous conventional light bulb, which is a bit irritating, and occasionally the bulb will refuse to be turned off from the Apple Home app, only accepting commands from the Nanoleaf app--perhaps because I paired it first through the Nanoleaf app? I dunno, but that only happens sometimes. Overall it's a pretty good product.
