Good product - so far but atrocious customer service. No phone number, no live chat, and emails left unanswered. I only got a reply finally after over a week once I'd involved a third party - a consumer care website. Very, very disappointing, not a way to carry on business.

Good quality at reasonable price

Product works as advertised. No fuss. It allows you to connect three light strips to a single power source and control all three light strips as one making adjustments to light colour and brightness much easier to manage.

I would urge manufacturers to reconsider connector improvements for future versions. The connector is a little fiddly if you consider you need to align the pins to the plug, but you can’t actually see the alignment so you end up pushing and poking and hoping you don’t break or bend the pins. A better connector would make this a five star product.

But I was refunded on my request after 3 weeks of waiting for the warehouse to respond to the requests made by customer support on my behalf.
