I have got the essentials wood look collection, light strip, and multiple smart bulbs from Nanoleaf in my house and constantly have the issue of them being “unreachable” or “unresponsive”. When they work.. they’re awesome, but I have done multiple re sets and it will work for a couple of days or so, and then it happens again. I have no issues with my wifi, it’s just the lights. Incredibly frustrating when you’ve dropped a lot of money to have these supposedly “smart” lights. Feels pretty dumb actually.
The connection sometimes had issue
Delay in the product using the app, it’s missing most basic features that a product with half the cost of Nanoleaf has.

App is unresponsive, often has mind of it’s own. Connections between lights and controller fall out easily Lights themselves are good. Overall experience is actually worse than the $20 light strip from Amazon it replaced sadly.
