My only complaint is that I can’t sync the lights with my music, or watching a movies. I’m more than happy with everything else.

Never received these lights

Never received these lights and nanoleaf does not answer my support emails, instead they send me an email to review the product. So here is a review. I want my money back.

Great Product

Item missing and bad customer service

One of the essentials light strip did not come with an adaptor and i sent a request to customers service and ask for either a replacement or a refund but he only asked me to send it back and when i asked for the returning address he never replied back and did not even apologise for the inconvenience. And i can’t use it now and it’s been 2 weeks still waiting for reply from customer service.
