Never received these lights and nanoleaf does not answer my support emails, instead they send me an email to review the product. So here is a review. I want my money back.

Great product, easy to setup and use, bonus of being HomeKit compatible.
One of the essentials light strip did not come with an adaptor and i sent a request to customers service and ask for either a replacement or a refund but he only asked me to send it back and when i asked for the returning address he never replied back and did not even apologise for the inconvenience. And i can’t use it now and it’s been 2 weeks still waiting for reply from customer service.
