Good Product Horrible Service and People

I ordered this product and at the time it said it would start shiping by the beggining of the following month, as I had ordered before the cut off date. The order was then delayed by 3 months with each time I reached to nanoleaf they would take weeks to respond and when they would respond they would avoid answering my concerns and issues, instead giving vague and generic responses that you could found on the companies FAQ page. In other words even when they would respond after weeks they would go out of their way to ignore me and my problem. I had to go through this several times over the span of months with each time ending the same. I even emailed asking to cancel the order and was told they would check with their warehouse team, weeks later the product arrived and they are still "checking with the warehouse team". The customer support team at nanoleaf have to be some of the most disrespectful and disgusting people I've ever had to intereact with.
