Ordered and payed for 4 units of 24W PSU for Nanoleaf Canvas, 60 days later still waiting for those to reach my Canvas wall :(
Customer service was not only useless but also obnoxious and rude with no help offered to resolve customs clearance issues due to the order being incorrectly reported with a value of $20 000 when the order was less than $200 including Shipping.
I own 98 Canvas panels, but my last interaction with Nanoleaf the company means I will not reach my goal of filling my entire wall :(
It's a power adapter... it powers things. it's annoying that you buy a big pack of panels and dont get one with it but what can ya do?

Hi Louis! Our Products are all tethered to the specific region and each power socket is dependent on the power outlet of that region.
product works as indicated. Only grizzle is why do I have to purchase internationally? Why are there no local distributors for this product (I.e., in New Zealand). Also going forward, how about an adaptor which can handle more than 48-50 watts.
