Honestly, don't bother

After dealing with their support almost 4 months, ordering a replacement controller, then never even receiving it, if you're reading this and haven't bought Nanoleaf products yet? Don't. Their support team is constantly overwhelmed by support tickets for their controllers which don't seem to last long past their expiry dates. If your Nanoleaf stuff stops working, save yourself the headache and just toss the lot into the trash.

Faulty controller replacement

I purchased a nanoleaf shapes and had barely used it in the time since it's purchase. After moving house I decided to set It up again and I discovered it did not work. I enquired with the support team who told me it was out of its warranty period. This item was not cheap quite expensive and hardly used at all. I was told a replacement controller would need to be purchased. After alot of back and forth emails I was offered to purchase it at half price. I felt I had no other options but purchased the controller and spent more money on a item that was faulty beyond my control. Disappointing is an understatement for something that is so expensive. Should have just purchased some cheap knock off version that would have lasted longer than this. Don't buy it.
