can not be integrated

It's started great with a single light and amateur configuration and it was promising, so I bought more of them. But now after investing in a lot of lighting and switches, I can not integrate these switches to my Matter/Thread network which is Google based.

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We apologize that you are experiencing difficulties with integrating our Sense+ Smart Wireless Switch to your Matter/Thread network. Our team is constantly working on improving our products and we are currently looking into this. We have also escalated your case and sent some troubleshooting steps for you to follow on your email correspondence with our support team. We appreciate your feedback and we are looking forward on hearing back from you if that worked out for you. Thank you for your support.

The on / off buttons are great. Everything else is terrible

Had a bit of a saga even receiving these items. I ordered 2, and once they arrived, one worked absolutely perfectly - no notes. The other came without a battery. When I acquired a replacement battery myself, the same unit that had no battery refused, and still refuses to connect to matter. When the two side buttons aren't connected to matter, the only actions available on them are the ones in the app which is far from a pleasant experience and the actions available are very limited. Too limited to actually be useful for me. It was hard to tell which was worse, the faulty product or the customer support. My house has an absolute ton of Nanoleaf products but I am certain that this was the last one I will be buying. For you, as a potential buyer, it will be absolutely pot luck whether or not you get a decent working product or a nightmare.

Nice, but so unreliable

I'm using 3 switches in different control groups. Switch No 2 failed completely 3 weeks ago. Only a complete reset, deleting the control group and doing the whole configuration again, helped.
Today switch No 3 malfunctioned. It started with switching to the same scene on all right and left buttons, brightness could only be 20% or 100%. When I tried to change that configuration the switch stopped working completely.
I was really looking forward to the new sense+ switches (I had three remote and loved them - unfortunately Nanoleaf phased them out), but now I'm disappointed. I hope they can fix their problems.

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced with our Sense+ Smart Wireless Switch. We are constantly working to improve our products and will take your feedback into consideration. Thank you for your support.

Great addition to a smart house system

This all-in-one switch is very useful to control lights and Even other things thanks to the Matter compatibility. Very good product and not so expensive considering all it does. Just a default, the QR code to connect the switch is too small to be scanned easily, I had to take a photo of it to have it bigger and to be able to scan it.
