Sadly, within less than 2 weeks of getting my Nanoleaf Lines product, I started to have one of the bars start to regularly flicker, distorting the entire smooth flowing nature of the product.
Upon reaching out to their CS team (who doesn't offer a phone support contact method) it sometimes would be multiple weeks before getting a response to simple questions. Ultimately, it took a few months to get a single new light bar sent out which meant my setup was mostly unusable for 80% of the first 3-4 months I owned it.
The products are cool but given the experience I had, I'll be hard pressed to buy something else from them in the future. Sad to see all these other experiences pointing at the same thing. If you by something from them, hope that yours doesn't have any issues!
