Cheap products for premium prices with zero customer service
I had about 20+ lines, controllers stopped working. Nanoleaf Customer service was not helpful, and had no idea what the issue was. They refused refund even though within warranty period. Product is fragile and totaled with software issues. Once nanoleaf takes your money, they do not care

Gives the room great vibes
This is my second time purchasing a Nanoleaf product. I originally had the shapes but I wanted to try the Lines for my partners side of our gaming room. They are worth every cent! I love how customisable the colours, modes, and layout are. They really let your personality shine!

been 4 weeks, and I can barely get a response out of Nanoleaf customer support for this product. Do not buy

Always need to reconnect
It is very inconvenient to use, sometimes the computer can be used but the mobile phone cannot be used, after all, this is not a cheap product.🤷🏼♂️
