I ordered over 100$ worth of stuff before Christmas and was told that my order would arrive within 5 business days. After several weeks, I reached out and received literally no help. After almost a month and a half, I finally learned that my entire order was being held up because the extra sticky pads which said they were available when I ordered were actually on backorder. Why wouldn’t they give me the option of shipping the rest of my order and the back ordered item separately or at least let me know what was going on in spite of the multiple times I reached out to support. It was another week from that point until someone finally found a warehouse with all the items and they shipped it from there. If all of that wasn’t bad enough, my order was seemingly stolen off my front porch. Even though I purchased the packaging protection through route, I’m STILL having to wait 15 business days for them to complete their investigation. What an ordeal! Nanoleaf products are very cool and innovative, but the software behind everything is extremely sluggish and unreliable. The customer service and ordering process literally couldn’t be any worse.
