Purchasing is fine. Support to replace anything is totally lacking.
I like the products. If you have any problem like my single defective line, Don’t expect anyone to pay attention and sit back; it will be 1-2 months for them to correct any problem, even the ones of their creation like my ONE DEFECTIVE LINE amongst all the nanoleaf products I own. I am 99% convinced neither Martha nor Arnel Cuaderno actually exist. They are most likely AI.
