I didn't really expect a positive response when I wrote to Nanoleaf to say the controoler for my lights had stopped working. But, with no delay and no further questions asked they sent, free of charge, a replacement controller which works perfectly. Thank you Nanoleaf!

This was to replace a faulty part. Excellent response times, great results. Not all products work forever but if a company backs up it's offers with service like this then you can't ask for better :)
