I have had a couple problems that the Nanoleaf team have rectified very easily and quickly. They actually have really good support team and very happy with the products!
This was a replacement panel, so not foreign to me. But it works perfectly, it was so easy to connect, and I’m so happy to have my Nanoleaf Canvas lights doing their thing again. They are stunning and everyone comments on them. Thank you Nanoleaf for your excellent customer service at every step of the way.
The NFC chip in the tile has been tested & confirmed working via a 3rd party app but yet again, the Nanoleaf app appears to have an issue as it does not pick up the chip details for NFC chip pairing. Awesome products unfortunately let down by poor app builds & substandard support

I have been using my Nanoleaf Canvas since Dec 2018 and I just love it. Recently I had a faulty control square the Nanoleaf support team was just amazing, sent me a new one with no charge. I am already planning on buying more blocks this year.
It was a replacement Square , the service i received was outstanding , it has prompted me to purchase more of your products .
