This company is a scammer. They took my money, sent me a partial order and are refusing to make it right. They keep delaying and telling me I have to wait 10 weeks for a reslution. Meanwhile, I have no product and am out the money.

Nanoleaf sucks, products seem decent but took a month to receive my order. You send them an email about the issues and they respond 5 days later. Some of us have deadlines to meet. I’m still waiting on all my items but radio silence. I’ll never purchase anything from you again.

Had a few problems with installation. The connector that goes into the control unit would not stay in.I finally had to push it in there to click it in. Also the last section of lights that I hung, The pin end broke and I could not install it. Support asked me for a video which I sent and have yet to hear back. Thinking of sending them back.

I easaly use two flex cables to expand the cable to the ceiling.

Nanoleaf team was very helpful in responding to my inquiries about their light strip extension cable prior to my purchase. Awesome support.
