Amazing customer service

I was having some trouble with the control panel on one of my hexagon sets and after a few emails back and forth with detailed instructions they offered to replace the part free of charge!
Very happy with the outcome and I can't wait to make more shapes 🙌🏻

Great Customer Service

My nanoleaf controller was faulty but after some time with customer service, they shipped a brand new one with no issues and now they work amazingly.

Free upgrade

I bought some shapes starter kits last year, but they didn’t support thread, so support sent me out some new replacement units free of charge!

Hope this one lasts

Bought a new controller as my old one stopped working. Contacting support failed as they just restart the device, which didn't work. Lights have now started working, fingers crossed this controller last longer than the last.

Does the job, but has issues

I've had a lot of issues with getting the phone app and controller to talk to each other. Several attempts required to pair, and have had to do soft and hard resets to get them talking again when things frequently do not work properly. Once set up they seem to be ok, but this process should really be much easier and less buggy for such an expensive product.
I had a faulty controller so was sent another free of charge, which was good but still frustrating to have to go through. I had similar issues getting it set up again.
Please incorporate being able to schedule the lights to turn on and go to a playlist rather than being stuck on one scene.
I've found quite a delay between music beats and when the lights light up so trying to sync to music is a pretty out of sync experience. It would be great if the controller could get the music data from the source (such as spotify) and light up based on the actual music. This would mean that they lit up at the same time as the beat and with the intensity of the song, rather than having to hear through the microphone and light up after the beat.

Hi Chris! This is not the experience we would not want you to have and we apologize for the inconvenience. If you contact our support team at http://nanoleaf.me/hello they’ll be able to get more information and help you out.
