The product was great and worked perfectly but customer service from your end was horrendous as I had to wait about 2 months just to receive the product . I had contacted your end plenty of times and each person was polite but had still not been able to resolve the issue of the product not being delivered, I was forced to send ALOT of emails . I really enjoy my nanoleafs but please make sure when next time something is ordered there is a resolution to problems such as these , but the controller is working perfectly and I LOVE NANOLEAFS!!!

Controller cannot reset anyway after I changed a router.
Commented in the post of nanoleaf, and nothing follow up.
Finally I have to buy a new controller to use my nanoleaf again, and old one is wasted.

I was having some trouble with the control panel on one of my hexagon sets and after a few emails back and forth with detailed instructions they offered to replace the part free of charge!
Very happy with the outcome and I can't wait to make more shapes 🙌🏻
My nanoleaf controller was faulty but after some time with customer service, they shipped a brand new one with no issues and now they work amazingly.
