Excellent product at first, controller has had issues for 2-3 months now no connection, refuses all attempts to reset, help desk is zero help, just keeps asking me to do hard reset which doesn’t work or change the outcome. No acknowledgement of faulty items, no help to fix the issue. Then ‘help desk’ just keeps closing the job without resolution or any assistance of any sort.

My controller was having issues and displaying the wrong colours, so after a quick diagnosis determining it was hardware not software they sent me a new one free of charge!
The original controller was faulty so I got in touch with the good people at Nanoleaf who put a replacement in the post to me straight away. The new one works a treat and I couldn't be happier.
