My controller was having issues and displaying the wrong colours, so after a quick diagnosis determining it was hardware not software they sent me a new one free of charge!
The original controller was faulty so I got in touch with the good people at Nanoleaf who put a replacement in the post to me straight away. The new one works a treat and I couldn't be happier.
